Fall is one of my favorite times of the year. Even though it hasn’t felt much like the fall I am used to back in Kentucky and Ohio, I still wanted to get out with Nolan, and enjoy the season’s festivities before the arrival of baby number two.
Froeberg’s Farm is a great little fresh produce market/ meat stand, where they grow a lot of their own produce. During season you can pick your own strawberries, which they are known for. We had been once before, so when I heard they had activities for kids during the fall we decided to take Nolan. They had several fun booths, like the duck races, a candy cannon and a strawberry planting booth. We came home with two strawberry plants. That was of course Nolan’s favorite as he loves to water plants at our house. They didn’t have a pumpkin patch, but we were able to purchase some there. We also took a tractor ride around the property. I also found out they have citrus picking too. We can’t wait to go back when strawberries and citrus plants are in season.
